从气虚血瘀论治冠心病的研究进展

Research Progress on Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Based on Theory of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

冠心病是我国常见的疾病之一,其发病率和病死率皆居高不下。西医对于冠心病的治疗局限于植入支架、抗心绞痛、抗血小板聚集等手术或西药治疗。而中医认为动脉粥样硬化的发生过程与气虚血瘀因素关系密切,指出气虚血瘀为其基本病机。现代医学对气虚血瘀与冠心病的相关性进行血液流变学、血脂、炎性因子、血管内皮功能等方面的研究,提示冠心病与气虚血瘀密切相关。越来越多的医家采用益气活血法治疗冠心病并取得了较为满意的结果,为进一步降低冠心病的发病率和病死率提供了新思路和新方法。

Coronary heart disease is one of the common diseases in China.Its incidence rate and mortality rate are high.The treatment of coronary heart disease in western medicine is limited to stent implantation,anti angina pectoris,anti-platelet aggregation and other operations or western medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence of atherosclerosis is closely related to the factors of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and points out that Qi deficiency and blood stasis are its basic pathogenesis.Modern medicine has studied the correlation between Qi deficiency and blood stasis and coronary heart disease in terms of hemorheology,blood lipid,inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function,suggesting that coronary heart disease is closely related to Qi deficiency and blood stasis.More and more doctors have adopted the method of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation to treat coronary heart disease and have achieved satisfactory resultsand it provides new ideas andmethods for further reducing the incidence rate and mortality of coronary heart disease.
