基于气虚血瘀病机治疗糖尿病肾病研究进展

Research Progress in Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy Based on Pathogenesis of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)作为糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)中晚期常出现的难治性并发症,易引起终末期肾病,危害人体健康,加重整个社会负担。从中医角度分析,气虚血瘀是DN发病的重要病机,益气活血是其基本治法,近年来中医药研究人员基于气虚血瘀病机探索DN的治疗取得了显著成就,现从近年来相关的实验研究、临床研究这两方面最新研究成果来综述,以期对DN的临床防治有所裨益。

Diabetic nephropathy(DN),as a refractory complication that often occurs in the middle and late stages of diabetesmellitus(DM),can easily cause end-stage renal disease,endanger human healthand increase the burden of the entire society.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,Qi deficiency and blood stasis is an important pathogenesis of DNand the basic method of replenishing Qi and promoting blood circulation is its basic treatment.The latest research results of related clinical research and experimental research are reviewed in order to be beneficial to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
