康复管理捆绑式护理干预联合通腑化痰汤治疗肺气肿及对患者康复效果的影响

Rehabilitation Management Bundled Nursing Intervention Combined with Tongfu Huatan Decoction(通腑化痰汤)in Treatment of Emphysema and Its Effect on Rehabilitation of Patients

目的研究探讨康复管理捆绑式护理干预联合通腑化痰汤治疗肺气肿及对患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月医院收治的118例肺气肿患者为治疗对象,分为对照组、观察组,各59例。对照组以通腑化痰汤治疗联合基础护理干预,观察组增加康复管理捆绑式护理干预。对两组患者的临床疗效、肺通气功能指标、生活质量评分、护理满意度等指标进行统计比较。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组治疗干预后的肺功能指标包括潮气量(TV)、肺活量(VC)、肺总量(TLC)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组家属护理满意度包括护理技能、服务态度、心理指导、健康教育、出院指导等评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复管理捆绑式护理干预联合通腑化痰汤治疗肺气肿的临床疗效显著,能够改善患者的肺功能指标,改善患者的康复期生活质量,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of bundled nursing intervention of rehabilitation management combined with Tongfu Huatan Decoction(通腑化痰汤)on emphysema and the effect of rehabilitation on patients.Methods A total of 118 patients with emphysema admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the treatment objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 59 cases in each.The control group was treated with Tongfu Huatan Decoction combined with basic nursing intervention,while the observation group was additionally given rehabilitation management bundled nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary ventilation function index,quality of life score,nursing satisfaction and other indicators of the two groupswere statistically compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P0.05).The pulmonary function indexes including tidal volume(TV),vital capacity(VC)and total lung capacity(TLC)in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P0.05).After intervention,the nursing satisfaction scores of family members in the observation group,including nursing skills,service attitude,psychological guidance,health educationand discharge guidance,were higher than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation management bundled nursing intervention combined with Tongfu Huatan Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of emphysema,which can improve patients'pulmonary function indicators,quality of life during the rehabilitation periodandthenursing satisfaction.
