脑梗死高危患者中医体质与危险因素及PCSK9水平相关性研究

Correlation of TCM Composition and Risk Factors and PCSK9 Levels in Patients at High Risk of Cerebral Infarction

目的研究脑梗死高危患者中医体质与危险因素及PCSK9水平相关性。方法以754例脑梗死高危患者为研究对象,判断中医体质类型,收集高危因素及PCSK9水平资料,并进行相关性分析。结果754例卒中高危患者主要的5种体质由高到低依次是痰湿质、阴虚质、血瘀质、气虚质、阳虚质,占总病例数的96.29%。危险因素以高血压病最为多见,占总病例数的71.09%。PCSK9水平在血脂异常患者中明显高于其他高危因素患者,其次是体质量超标、颈动脉狭窄。PCSK9水平在不同体质患者中差异无统计学意义。结论中医体质、PCSK9水平与卒中高危因素均密切相关,PCSK9水平与中医体质未发现明显相关性。

Objective To investigate the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)composition and risk factors and PCSK9 levels in patients at high risk of cerebral infarction.Methods In this study,754 patients at high risk of cerebral infarction were selected to judge the TCM constitution types,and the data on high-risk factors and PCSK9 levels was collected,and the correlation analysis was performed.Results The main five physical properties of 754 high-risk patients with stroke from high to low order were phlegm and dampness,Yin deficiency,blood stasis,Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency,accounting for 96.29% of the total cases.Risk factors were the most prevalent in hypertension,accounting for 71.09% of the total cases.PCSK9 levels were significantly higher in patients with dyslipidemia than those in patients with other high-risk factors,followed by excess body weight and carotid artery stenosis.PCSK9 levels were not statistically different among patients with different constitutional conditions.Conclusion TCM constitution and PCSK9 levels were all closely associated with high-risk factors for strokeand no significant association was found between PCSK9 levels and TCM constitution.
