针灸治疗腰背肌筋膜炎研究进展及机制探索

Research Progress and Mechanism of Acupuncture in Treatment of Lumbar and Back Myofascitis

腰背肌筋膜炎是临床常见的一种疾病,以急性或者慢性反复发作腰背部弥漫性疼痛为主要临床症状。针灸治疗腰背肌筋膜炎可以直达病灶部位,松解局部粘连,使局部组织的气血得以通畅,达到痛则不通的目的,因此具有很好的临床疗效。近年来,对于针灸治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效及机制进行了大量的研究,取得一定成果。文章针灸治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效及机制进行综述,并对针灸治疗腰背肌筋膜炎研究现状中存在的问题进行分析。

Lumbago myofasciitis is a common clinical disease,with acute or chronic recurrent diffuse pain in the lumbago as the main clinical symptom.Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar and back myofascitis can directly reach the lesion site,release the local adhesion,so that the qi and blood of local tissues can be unobstructed,so as to achieve the goal of blocking pain,so it has a good clinical effect.In recent years,there have been a lot of studies on the clinical efficacy and mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar and dorsal myofascitis,and some achievements have been made.In this paper,the clinical efficacy and mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbago myofascitis are reviewed,and the existing problems in the research status of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbago myofascitis are analyzed.
