以家庭-医院联合中医理念为基础的健康教育对上呼吸道感染患儿症状缓解时间及并发症的影响

Effect of Health Education based on the Concept of Family Hospital Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine on Symptom Relief Time and Complications of Children with Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的探讨以家庭-医院联合中医理念为基础的健康教育在上呼吸道感染(URTI)患儿中的应用价值。方法选择2019年1月—2021年12月医院收治的URTI患儿86例,按随机数字表法分为两组各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施以家庭-医院联合中医理念为基础的健康教育。对比两组症状缓解时间、患儿家属疾病知识掌握度、患儿依从性、并发症发生情况。结果观察组咽痛、咳嗽、流涕、高热、鼻塞等症状缓解时间均短于对照组,患儿家属疾病知识掌握度及患儿依从性调查问卷中饮食、运动等各维度评分、总分均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以家庭-医院联合中医理念为基础的健康教育能够有效提高URTI患儿家属疾病知识掌握度及患儿依从性,促进临床症状缓解,减少并发症的发生,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application value of health education based on the concept of family hospital combined with traditional Chinese medicine in children with upper respiratory tract infection(URTI).Methods 86 children with URTI treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given health education based on the concept of family hospital combined traditional Chinese medicine.The time of symptom relief,the mastery of disease knowledge,the compliance of children and the occurrence of complications were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results the relief time of sore throat,cough,runny nose,high fever and nasal congestion in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The scores and total scores of diet,exercise and other dimensions in the questionnaire of disease knowledge mastery and compliance of children's family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion health education based on the concept of family hospital combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the mastery of disease knowledge and compliance of children's families of URTI children,promote the relief of clinical symptoms and reduce the occurrence of complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
