中医情志护理促进甲状腺术后康复的效果分析

Effect of Emotional Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Thyroid Surgery

目的分析甲状腺手术术后实施中医情志护理的应用效果。方法选取医院2019年1月—2021年12月收治的100例甲状腺患者,按随机分组对照研究,将采取常规护理干预的50例患者作为对照组,将采取中医情志护理的50例患者作为观察组,记录并分析两组护理前后心理状况(SAS、SDS评分)、疼痛程度(VAS评分)以及护理后生活质量评分(躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、症状反应)、依从性率、满意度情况。结果护理前,两组心理状态评分、疼痛程度均较高,且组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者心理状态评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者依从性率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对甲状腺手术术后患者实施中医情志护理,可有效改善患者负性情绪,缓解术后疼痛,同时还能提高患者临床依从率和满意度,对促进预后和患者生活质量有积极作用,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing after thyroid surgery.Methods 100 thyroid patients in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected.All patients were aged 24-66 years.All patients were diagnosed with thyroid diseases and prepared for surgical treatment.According to the randomized controlled study,50 patients with routine nursing intervention were taken as the control group and 50 patients with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing were taken as the observation group,The psychological status(SAS,SDS score),pain degree(VAS score)and quality of life score(physical function,psychological function,social function,symptom response),compliance rate and satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing were recorded and analyzed.Results before nursing,the scores of psychological state and the degree of pain in the two groups were higher,and the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05),after nursing,the psychological state scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the degree of postoperative pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)the scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the compliance rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing for patients after thyroid surgery,it can effectively improve the negative emotion of patients,alleviate postoperative pain,and improve the clinical compliance rate and satisfaction of patients.It plays a positive role in promoting the prognosis and quality of life of patients,and has significant clinical application value.
