黑素细胞痣与黑色素瘤发生关系的研究进展

Research progress on the relationship between melanocytic nevus and melanoma

黑色素瘤是一种具有高侵袭性、高死亡率的恶性肿瘤。随着基础研究的深入,发现BRAF V600E基因突变、MAPK通路负反馈失调、DNA损伤修复、p53突变、免疫失调等在黑素细胞痣和黑色素瘤二者的关系演化中发挥部分作用。就此,该文针对黑素细胞痣与黑色素瘤发展关系的基础研究进展进行综述。

Melanoma is a kind of malignant tumor with high invasiveness and high mortality rate.Recent studies have demonstrated that many factors contributed to the transformation from melanocytic nevus to melanoma,including the mutation of BRAFV600E,MAPK pathway negative feedback disorder,DNA damage repair,p53 gene mutation,immune disorder,etc.In this paper,the basic research progress of the relationship between melanocyte nevus and the development of melanoma was reviewed.
