热环境下海军官兵心理健康状况及其与职业倦怠的关系:心理资本的中介效应

Mental health status of naval officers and sailors in hot environment and its relationship with job burnout:the mediating effect of psychological capital

目的调查热环境下海军官兵的心理健康状况,探讨心理资本在心理健康状况和职业倦怠之间的中介效应。方法采用军人职业倦怠问卷、抑郁症状量表、广泛焦虑量表、阿森斯失眠量表和积极心理资本量表对海军某部588名官兵进行调查。结果热环境下海军官兵的焦虑检出率为4.9%,抑郁检出率为3.7%,失眠检出率为21.1%。心理健康状况(焦虑、抑郁、睡眠)、心理资本能共同解释官兵职业倦怠方差变异的50.70%。中介效应模型和Bootstrap检验结果显示,心理资本在心理健康状况和职业倦怠的关系中起到部分中介效应(χ^(2)/df=2.81,GFI=0.993,AGFI=0.973,NFI=0.992,RFI=0.979,IFI=0.995,TLI=0.986,CFI=0.995,RMSEA=0.055)。结论热环境下海军官兵的心理健康状况良好,心理资本在心理健康状况和职业倦怠之间起部分中介作用。

Objective To investigate the mental health status of naval officers and sailors in hot environment and explore the mediating effect of psychological capital between mental health status and job burnout.Methods A total of 588 naval officers and sailors were surveyed by Military Job Burnout Scale,Patient Health Questionnaire-9,Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7,Athens Insomnia Scale,and Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire.Results The detection rates of anxiety,depression,and insomnia among the officers and sailors in hot environment were 4.9%,3.7%,and 21.1%,respectively.The mental health status(anxiety,depression,and insomnia)and psychological capital can jointly explain 50.70%variance variability of job burnout.The mediating effect model and bootstrap test showed that psychological capital played a partial mediating effect between mental health status and job burnout(χ^(2)/df=2.81,GFI=0.993,AGFI=0.973,NFI=0.992,RFI=0.979,IFI=0.995,TLI=0.986,CFI=0.995,RMSEA=0.055).Conclusion In hot environment,the mental health status of naval officers and sailors is good.The psychological capital plays a partial mediating role between mental health status and job burnout.
