金纳多注射液联合高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的疗效及其对血因子水平的影响

Efficacy of ginaton injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment for sudden deafness and its effect on blood factor levels

目的探讨金纳多注射液联合高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的疗效及对血清内皮素(ET)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)、抗内皮细胞抗体(AECA)水平的影响。方法将河北北方学院附属第一医院收治的104例突发性耳聋患者纳入研究,依照随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用金纳多注射液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予高压氧治疗,比较2组患者纯音听阈改善情况、临床疗效以及炎症反应指标血清ET、sVCAM-1、AECA的水平。结果治疗2周后,2组患者受损频率平均纯音听阈、Ⅰ~Ⅵ波潜伏期及Ⅰ~Ⅲ波间期均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组总有效率(94.23%)高于对照组(78.85%)(χ^(2)=5.283,P=0.022);治疗2周后,2组血清ET、sVCAM-1、AECA水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论金纳多注射液联合高压氧治疗用于突发性耳聋患者,疗效确切,且能够改善纯音听阈,减轻炎症反应,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Ginaton injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment for sudden deafness,and the effects on serum levels of endothelin(ET),soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1),and anti-endothelial cell antibody(AECA)levels.Methods A total of 104 patients with sudden deafness admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University were included in the study and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was given Ginaton injection alone,while the observation group was given hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The improvement of pure tone hearing threshold,clinical efficacy,and serum levels of inflammatory response indicators,including ET,sVCAM-1,and AECA,were compared between the two groups.Results After two weeks of treatment,both groups showed decreases in the mean pure tone hearing threshold of damaged frequency,Ⅰ-Ⅵwave latency,andⅠ-Ⅲwave interval,and those indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(94.23%)was higher than that in the control group(78.85%)(χ^(2)=5.283,P=0.022).After two weeks of treatment,both groups showed decreases in the serum levels of ET,sVCAM-1,and AECA,and the observation group had lower serum levels of the three indicators than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Ginaton injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment is a safe therapy for sudden deafness with definite efficacy,as it can improve pure tone hearing threshold and reduce inflammation.
