Analysis of the Medication Rules of Xujiang Medicine in the Treatment of Constipation Based on Data Mining

目的 基于数据挖掘技术分析旴江医家治疗便秘的用药规律,为今后便秘的中医临床治疗提供参考,同时也为旴江医学流派学术思想研究提供理论支持。方法 从旴江医家所著医籍中搜集治疗便秘的处方,进行中药频数分析、关联规则及聚类分析。结果 共搜集202首处方,包含171味中药,高频中药有大黄、枳实、甘草、当归、火麻仁等35味,用药以补虚药、泻下药、行气药、清热药为主;四气为温、寒、平,五味以苦、辛、甘为主,主入脾、大肠、肺、胃经。关联规则分析纳入8组常用药物组合,其中大黄-甘草使用概率最高。药物聚类分析分为5类。结论 旴江医家治疗便秘以补益气血、润肠通便、行气消积为法,气血阴阳全面调理,攻补兼施,标本兼顾。

Objective To analyze the medication rules of Xujiang medicine in the treatment of constipation based on data mining technology,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of constipation in the future and theoretical support for the academic ideology research of Xujiang medical schools.Methods The prescriptions for treating constipation were collected from the medical books written by Xujiang,and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) frequency,association rule and cluster analysis were carried out.Results A total of 202 prescriptions were collected,including 171 TCM,among which 35 high-frequency TCM were rhubarb,fructus aurantii immatueus,licorice,Danggui,and flaxseed,etc.The main drugs used were tonic drugs,purgating drugs,qi-activating drugs,and heat-clearing drugs.The four qi are warm,cold and flat,and the five flavors are mainly bitter,pungent and sweet,which enter the spleen,large intestine,lung and stomach.Association rule analysis included 8 groups of common drug combinations,among which rhubarb-licorice had the highest use probability.Drug cluster analysis was divided into 5 categories.Conclusion In the treatment of constipation,the doctors of Xujiang treat qi and blood by nourishing qi and blood,moistening intestine and relieving defecation,removing qi and accumulation as the method,regulating qi,blood and yin and yang comprehensively,supplementing and attacking,and keeping specimens in mind.
