大柴胡汤联合穴位埋线治疗肝胃郁热证肥胖临床观察

Clinical Observation on Dahchaihu Decoction Combined with Acupoint Catgut Embedding in the Treatment of Stagnant Heat in Liver and Stomach Type Obesity

目的 研究加味大柴胡汤结合埋线治疗对肝胃郁热证肥胖患者中医证候积分、BMI、体质量、腰围的影响。方法 选取北京市第一中西医结合医院2022年3月—2022年10月收治的80例肝胃郁热证肥胖患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和针药组,各40例。对照组患者使用奥利司他胶囊治疗,针药组患者使用加味大柴胡汤和埋线治疗,2组患者均持续治疗8周。比较2组患者治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、BMI、体质量、腰围情况。结果 治疗后2组患者中医证候积分、BMI、体质量、腰围均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且针药组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 加味大柴胡汤联合埋线治疗,可有效改善肝胃郁热证肥胖患者临床症状,降低BMI、体质量、腰围水平,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of Dahchaihu decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding on TCM syndrome scores,BMI,weight,waist circumference levels in obese patients with stagnant heat in liver and stomach type.Methods 80 obese patients with stagnant heat in liver and stomach type,who were admitted to Beijing First Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from March 2022 to October 2022,were selected and divided into control group and acupuncture group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with orlistat capsules,patients in the acupuncture group were treated with Dahchaihu decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding,and patients in both groups continued the treatment for 8 weeks.Clinical outcomes,TCM syndrome scores,BMI,weight,and waist circumference were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome score,BMI,body mass and waist circumference of 2 groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and acupuncture group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dahchaihu decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of obese patients with stagnant heat in liver and stomach type,reduce the levels of BMI,body weight,and waist circumference,and has significant effect.
