补中益气汤合小柴胡汤治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

目的 探究对慢性疲劳综合征患者采用补中益气汤合小柴胡汤加减的临床疗效。方法 选择黎川县中医医院2020年9月—2021年5月接收的60例慢性疲劳综合征患者开展研究,按照电脑随机法分为甲组(30例)给予三磷酸腺苷片治疗,乙组(30例)给予补中益气汤合小柴胡汤加减治疗,对比组间治疗前后生活质量、多维度疲劳评分及治疗效果。结果 治疗后,2组生活质量评分均有变化,且乙组4项评分均高于甲组(P<0.05),2组多维疲劳评分均有变化,且乙组5项评分均优于甲组(P<0.05)。乙组治疗总有效率高于甲组(P<0.05)。结论 补中益气汤合小柴胡汤治疗慢性疲劳综合征,可改善患者生活质量,降低患者疲劳状况,较常规药物治疗而言,疗效更佳,临床中值得推荐应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction and Xiaochaihu decoction on patients with chronic fatigue syndrome.Methods 60 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome received in our hospital from September 2020 to May 2021 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into group A(30 cases) treated with adenosine triphosphate tablets and group B(30 cases) treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction and Xiaochaihu decoction.The quality of life,multi-dimensional fatigue scores and treatment effects before and after treatment were compared between the groups.Results After treatment,quality of life scores in both groups were changed,and four scores in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05),multidimensional fatigue scores in both groups were changed,and five scores in group B were better than those in group A(P<0.05).The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Xiaochaihu decoction in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce their fatigue status.Compared with conventional drug treatment,it has better curative effect,which is worth recommending in clinical practice.
