针刀治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能的影响

Effect of Needle Scalpel Therapy on Lumbar Function in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的 探究针刀治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能的影响。方法 选取2019年—2020年于临汾市尧都区人民医院接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者92例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组各46例。对照组使用牵引+药物治疗,试验组在对照组基础上使用针刀治疗,治疗周期均为2周。比较2组患者治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前后腰背伸肌疲劳程度及腰背伸肌指标水平。结果 试验组患者的临床总有效率高于对照组。与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者左侧MPF、IEMG,右侧MPF、IEMG水平及30°和90°F/E水平均升高;而治疗后2组患者30°和90°PT、AP、TW、TAE水平均降低。结论 针刀治疗可有效缓解患者腰背伸肌疲劳程度,同时改善腰椎肌力,调节腰背伸肌收缩失衡,有助提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of acupotomology on lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 92 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who were treated in Yaodu District People's Hospital from 2019 to 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traction and drugs,and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The treatment period was two weeks.The clinical effect of the two groups of patients after treatment,the degree of lumbar extensor fatigue and the level of lumbar extensor indexes before and after treatment were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group.Compared with before treatment,the levels of MPF and IEMG on the left and the levels of MPF and IEMG on the right and the levels of 30° F/E and 90° F/E in both groups were increased after treatment.After treatment,the levels of PT,AP,TW and TAE at 30° and 90° were decreased in two groups.Conclusion Acupotomology can effectively relieve the fatigue degree of the lumbar extensor muscle,improve the lumbar muscle strength,adjust the imbalance of the lumbar extensor muscle contraction,and help to improve the therapeutic effect.
