Director WU Rong’s experience in treating essential hypertension in TCM

高血压病被认为是心脑血管疾病的主要危险因素,其发病率逐年增高,分为原发性高血压病和继发性高血压病。原发性高血压病是指由遗传、环境、饮食、年龄等因素所导致的高血压病。原发性高血压病占高血压病中的绝大多数,并且男性患者多于女性患者。基于原发性高血压病肝阳亢而阴虚、痰瘀生,心肾虚的发病机制,中医辨证分型中以肝阳上亢、肝肾阴虚、痰湿中阻、阴阳两虚等证型最为常见。甘肃省中医药研究院吴荣主任认为,原发性高血压病主要涉及肝、脾、肾、心四脏,治疗时需“调肝、理脾、宁心、益肾”,并且要以年龄为基础分阶段辨证施治,如青年患者以调肝最为关键,中年患者需肝脾兼治,老年患者则要偏重心肾的调节。吴荣主任注重分阶段、定病位,病、证、法、方相合,个体化施治,疗效可观。文章通过案例介绍吴荣主任治疗不同年龄段原发性高血压病的经验,以期为临床提供参考。

Hypertension is considered as the main risk factor of cardio cerebral Vascular disease,and its incidence rate is increasing year by year,which can be divided into primary hypertension and secondary hypertension.Primary hypertension refers to hypertension caused by factors such as genetics,environment,diet,and age.Primary hypertension accounts for the vast majority of hypertension,with more male patients than female patients.Based on the pathogenesis of liver Yang(阳)hyperactivity and Yin(阴)deficiency,phlegm stasis,and heart kidney deficiency in primary hypertension,the most common syndrome types in traditional Chinese medicine are liver Yang hyperactivity,liver kidney Yin deficiency,phlegm dampness obstruction,and Yin Yang deficiency.Director WU Rong of Gansu Provincial Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that primary hypertension mainly involves the four organs of the liver,spleen,kidney,and heart.Treatment requires regulating the liver,regulating the spleen,calming the heart,and tonifying the kidney,and should be based on age and treated in stages.For young patients,regulating the liver is the most crucial,middle-aged patients need to treat both the liver and spleen,while elderly patients should focus on regulating the heart and kidney.Director WU Rong pays attention to staging and determining the location of the disease,integrating disease,syndrome,method,and formula,and individualized treatment.The therapeutic effect is considerable.The article introduces Director WU Rong's experience in treating primary hypertension of different age groups through a case study,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
