从患者视角漫话大方复法治疗慢性肾功能不全的体会

The experience in treating chronic renal failure with big compound prescription from the perspective of patients

肾功能不全可分为急性肾功能损伤和慢性肾功能衰竭。此病是由原发或继发性肾脏疾病导致的肾小球滤过功能下降、肾小管浓缩功能障碍,并由此引发的血尿、蛋白尿、水肿、高血压等一系列临床综合征。如果不及时治疗,常可导致尿毒症的发生。文章介绍一例以大方复法结合中西医基础治疗治愈慢性肾功能不全(Chronic Renal Failure,CRF)的案例,患者宏观症状消失或减轻,微观检查指标消失或改善。文章从态靶辨证的观点出发,探讨患者病情,大方复法的定义、理论根据、内涵,以及大方复法在CRF中的疗效,以期为临床提供参考。

Renal insufficiency can be divided into acute renal function injury and chronic renal failure.This disease is a series of clinical syndromes such as hematuria,albuminuria,edema and hypertension caused by the decline of glomerular filtration function and the dysfunction of renal tubule concentration due to primary or secondary renal diseases.If not treated in time,it often can lead to the occurrence of uremia.This article introduces one case of chronic renal insufficiency treated with big compound prescription combined with TCM and western medicine.The patient’s macroscopic symptoms disappeared or alleviated,and the microscopic examination indicators disappeared or were ameliorated.From the point of view of state target differentiation(Taking different prescriptions according to different stages of the disease,and focus on treating different lesions),this paper discusses the patient’s condition,the definition,theoretical basis,and connotation of big compound prescription,and the effect of big compound prescription in chronic renal insufficiency,with a view to providing a reference for clinical practice.
