基于CiteSpace可视化分析肛瘘术后护理研究热点

A vrisual analysis of postoperative nursing research hotspots of anal fistula based on Citespace

目的:分析我国肛瘘术后护理研究热点及进展,为临床提供参考。方法:检索万方、维普、中国知网1995年8月5日-2021年12月31日我国作者发表的关于肛瘘术后护理的文献,利用CiteSpace 5.6.R2软件进行可视化分析并绘制知识图谱。结果:共纳入符合要求的中文文献1008篇。在肛瘘术后护理研究领域,发文量在3篇的研究团队达到7个,团队内合作紧密,团队之间缺乏紧密的联系。发文量较多的机构为沈阳市肛肠医院、南京市中医院等单位。关键词分析得出肛瘘术后护理研究热点是肛瘘术后、护理、术后疼痛及尿潴留。结论:肛瘘术后护理研究呈现增长趋势;研究作者和机构建设,以及作者、机构之间的联系有待加强;护理研究的层次有待提高;护理效果及术后并发症的处理及护理方式的变化是未来的研究热点。

Objective:To analyse the research focus and progress of postoperative anal fistula nursing in China,and to provide a reference for clinic.Methods:Literature on postoperative care of anal fistula in Wanfang,VIP and China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)were retrieved from August 5,1995 to December 31,2021.Citespace 5.6.R2 software was used for visualization analysis and knowledge mapping.Results:A total of 1008 Chinese studies were included.In the field of nursing research after anal fistula surgery,the number of research teams with 3 papers published reached 7.There was close cooperation within the team and lack of close contact between the teams.The institutions with more publications were Shenyang Anorectal Hospital,Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,etc..Keywords analysis shows that the research focus of postoperative and fistula nursing is postoperative anal fistula,care,postoperative pain and urinary retention.Conclusion:The research on postoperative anal fistula nursing showed an increasing trend;research authors and institution building,and links between authors and institutions need to be strengthened,the level of nursing research needs to be improved;the treatment of nursing effect and postoperative complications and the change of nursing methods are the research hotspots in the future.
