摘要
新职业教育法实现了高位阶立法的理性复归与立法价值理念的革新,并在职业教育法律地位、协调管理机制等方面实现了新的突破。新职业教育法的颁行,标志着我国职业教育发展进入教育治理现代化的新阶段。有效落实新法并推动我国职业教育高质量发展,应重新审视和厘定职业教育法的本位并推进和强化职业教育法的体系化建设;同时,应加强对新法的深入研究与权威解读并重视域外职业教育成熟经验的比较借鉴。
The new vocational education law has achieved the rational return of high-level legislation and the innovation of legislative value concept.It has also made new breakthroughs in the legal status of vocational education and the coordination and management mechanism.The promulgation of the new law marks a new stage in the modernization of education governance in China.To effectively implement the new law and promote the high-quality development of vocational education in China,we should re-examine and redefine the standard and promote the systematic construction of vocational education law.At the same time,we should strengthen in-depth research and authoritative interpretation of the new law,and emphasis should be placed on comparative reference to the mature experience of international vocational education.
