胃食管反流病因与患者生活方式及精神心理因素密切相关,又多与功能性胃肠病症状重叠,“难治”特点突出。治疗上以抑酸为主,随着抑酸药使用的增多,胃底腺息肉增生、骨质疏松、肠道菌群紊乱等不良反应逐渐暴露。笔者传承国医大师路志正先生的学术经验,结合临床实践,创新提出“脑肠同调”理论,与胃食管反流病的诊疗理念不谋而合,可为胃食管反流病的诊疗困境提供突破点。
