肺结核患者智慧健康教育需求调查研究

Survey on the Demand of Intelligent Health Education for Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的调查肺结核患者对智慧健康教育的需求,为建构科学的、可行的肺结核患者健康教育体系提供依据。方法2022年10—11月,选取河南省某三级甲等医院的286名肺结核患者作为调查对象,采用肺结核患者智慧健康教育需求问卷对其进行调查。结果在健康教育的内容方面,生活或膳食网络指导、结核病医保政策在线咨询、预防结核病或预防结核病复发的智能指导、健康监控或智能护理排在前列;在健康教育的形式上,肺结核患者对电话回访和短信发送、移动终端推送(微信公众号、抖音号、小红书号)、智能手机APP指导的需求率较高;不同性别、居住地、家庭人均月收入、受教育程度、疾病类型、医疗保险类型、生活自理能力的肺结核患者智慧健康教育需求比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应根据肺结核患者对智慧健康教育的需求,依托大数据,运用智慧健康,开展肺结核患者需要的多形式、多模式的健康教育。

Objective To investigate the demand of tuberculosis patients for intelligent health education,and to provide a basis for scientifically constructing an intelligent health education system for tuberculosis.Methods A total of 286 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in a tertiary care hospital in Henan were selected by convenience sampling during October to November 2022,and were surveyed by the intelligent health education needs questionnaire of patients with tuberculosis questionnaire.Results In terms of the content of health education,online guidance on life or diet,online consultation on tuberculosis medical insurance policy,smart guidance on prevention of tuberculosis or prevention of recurrence of tuberculosis,health monitoring or smart care ranked the top.In terms of the form of health education,telephone return visit and short message sending sending,tuberculosis patients’demand rate of smartphone APP guidance,mobile terminal push(WeChat public number,Tik tok number and Red Booklet number)was higher.There were statistically differences in the needs for wisdom health education among tuberculosis patients with different genders,places of residence,per capita monthly family income,level of education,type of disease,type of medical insurance and self-care ability(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the demand of tuberculosis patients for intelligent health education,we should rely on big data and use intelligent health to carry out multiform and multi-modal health education needed by tuberculosis patients.
