团体无线生物反馈仪联合穴位贴敷在抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者中的应用

Application of Group Wireless Biofeedback Instrument Combined with Acupoint Application in Patients with Depression and Sleep Disorder

目的探讨团体无线生物反馈仪联合穴位贴敷在抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果。方法前瞻性纳入2021年6月至2022年5月于焦作市中医院就诊的96例抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者作为研究对象,利用计算机随机生成的数字将入选患者分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。两组患者均常规口服草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗,对照组接受团体无线生物反馈仪治疗,观察组于对照组基础上接受穴位贴敷治疗,连续治疗2个月。比较两组临床疗效,比较两组治疗前、治疗2个月后抑郁程度[采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估]、睡眠质量[采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评估]及多导睡眠图指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2个月后,两组HAMD、PSQI评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2个月后,两组快速眼动期次数减少、快速眼动期睡眠时间缩短,且观察组快速眼动期次数少于对照组,快速眼动期睡眠时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用团体无线生物反馈仪联合穴位贴敷治疗抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者可提高疗效,减轻抑郁程度,改善睡眠质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of group wireless biofeedback instrument combined with acupoint application in patients with depression and sleep disorder.Methods Prospectively included 96 patients with depression and sleep disorder who visited Jiaozuo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to May 2022,patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group by the numbers randomly generated by the computer,with 48 patients in each group.Patients in the two groups were treated with escitalopram oxalate tablets.The control group was treated with group wireless biofeedback device,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application on the basis of the control group for two consecutive months.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the degree of depression[assessed by the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],sleep quality[assessed by the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]]and polysomnography indexes of the two groups were compared before treatment and 2 months after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the HAMD score and PSQI score of the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the number of rapid eye movement periods decreased and the sleep time during rapid eye movement period shortened in both groups,and the observation group had fewer rapid eye movement periods than the control group,and the sleep time during rapid eye movement period was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of group wireless biofeedback instrument and acupoint application in the treatment of depression with sleep disorder can further improve the curative effect,reduce the degree of depression and improve the quality of sleep.
