PBL联合循证护理教学法在消化内科实习护生带教中的应用效果 被引量:1

Application Effect of Problem-Based Learning Combined with Evidence-Based Nursing Teaching Method in the Teaching of Internship Nursing Students in Department of Gastroenterology

摘要 目的探讨以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)联合循证护理教学法在消化内科实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法2021年9月至2022年5月便利抽样法选取河南大学第一附属医院消化内科实习护生160名作为研究对象,将消化内科一病区护生纳入PBL联合循证教学组,消化内科二病区护生纳入传统教学组,每组80名。传统教学组接受传统临床教学模式,PBL联合循证教学组接受PBL联合循证护理教学。比较两组护生教学结束后的学习效果、临床护理能力、对临床教学的满意度。结果PBL联合循证教学组基础知识评分、专科知识评分、操作技能评分高于传统教学组(P<0.05);临床护理能力总分高于传统教学组(P<0.05);临床教学满意率(97.50%)高于传统教学组(86.25%)(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合循证护理教学法优化护理实习生的理论及实践学习效果,增强其临床护理能力,提升护生临床护理教学满意度。 Objective To analyze the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with evidence-based nursing teaching method in the teaching of internship nursing students in department of gastroenterology.Methods From September 2021 to May 2022,160 nursing interns in the Department of Gastroenterology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University were selected by the convenient sampling method as the research objects.Nursing students in the first ward of the Department of Gastroenterology were included in the PBL joint evidence-based teaching group,and nursing students in the second ward of the Department of Gastroenterology were included in the traditional teaching group,with 80 cases in each group.The traditional teaching group received traditional clinical teaching mode.The PBL combined with evidence-based teaching group received PBL teaching combined with evidence-based nursing teaching.The learning effect,clinical nursing ability and satisfaction with clinical teaching of nursing students were compared between the two groups after the teaching.Results The basic knowledge score,specialized knowledge score,and operational skill score in the PBL combined with evidence-based teaching group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05),the total score of clinical nursing ability was higher than that in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05),the clinical teaching satisfaction rate was higher than that of the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of PBL and evidence-based nursing teaching method optimizes the theoretical and practical learning outcomes of nursing interns,enhances their clinical nursing abilities,and enhances their satisfaction with clinical nursing teaching.
