Effect of Salvianolic Acid on Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

目的分析丹参多酚酸治疗缺血性心肌病的效果。方法选取郑州市中医院于2020年1月至2020年12月收治的102例缺血性心肌病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受丹参多酚酸治疗。对比两组疗效、炎症因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)]、心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)]、心肌酶指标[肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)]及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率[92.16%(47/51)]较对照组[74.51%(38/51)]高(P<0.05),CRP、IL-6、MCP-1、MMP-9、CK、CK-MB、LDH水平较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组LVEF水平高于对照组,LVEDD、LVESD水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率[9.80%(5/51)]与对照组[5.88%(3/51)]对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸治疗缺血性心肌病效果确切,可降低患者炎症水平,提高心功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of salvianolic acid on ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods A total of 102 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy admitted to Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 51 patients in each group.Control group received conventional treatment,and observation group received salvianolic acid treatment on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),monocyte chemoattractant protein 1(MCP-1),matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9)],cardiac function indicators[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)],myocardial enzymology indicators[creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group[92.16%(47/51)]was higher than that of the control group[74.51%(38/51)](P<0.05),and the levels of CRP,IL-6,MCP-1,MMP-9,CK,CK-MB,and LDH were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The LVEF level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the LVEDD and LVESD levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group[9.80%(5/51)]and the control group[5.88%(3/51)](P>0.05).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid has a definite therapeutic effect on ischemic cardiomyopathy,which can reduce the Inflammation level in patients,and improve cardiac function.
