防己黄芪汤及穴位埋线在单纯性肥胖症患者中的应用效果

Application Effects of Fangji Huangqi Decoction and Acupoint Embedding in Simple Obesity Patients

目的 探讨防己黄芪汤及穴位埋线在单纯性肥胖症患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年5月至2021年5月漯河市中医院收治的46例单纯性肥胖症患者为对照组,2021年6月至2022年6月收治入组并经过性别、年龄、病程匹配的55例单纯性肥胖症患者为观察组。两组患者均接受对症治疗和穴位埋线治疗,观察组在此基础上联合防己黄芪汤治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效,分析治疗前后的炎症指标和沉默信息调节因子1(SIRT1)、核转录因子κB(NF-κB)水平。结果 观察组临床总有效治疗率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组患者的炎症指标白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及NF-κB水平均降低,SIRT1水平升高,且观察组IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平低于对照组,SIRT1/NF-κB高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在穴位埋线治疗基础上联合防己黄芪汤方,可以提高单纯性肥胖症患者的临床疗效,通过SIRT1/NF-κB改善机体炎症状态。

Objective To explore the application effects of Fangji Huangqi decoction and acupoint embedding in simple obesity patients.Methods A total of 46 patients with simple obesity admitted to Luohe Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the control group,and 55 patients with simple obesity admitted to the group from June 2021 to June 2022 and matched by gender,age,and course of disease were selected as the observation group.Both groups of patients received symptomatic treatment and acupoint catgut embedding treatment,and the observation group was treated with Fangji Huangqi decoction on this basis.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups,and the inflammatory indexes,silence infor-mation regulator 1(SIRT1)and nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB)levels before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective treatment rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of inflammatory indicators IL-6,TNF-α,CRP and NF-κB in the two groups were decreased,while the levels of SIRT1 were increased,and the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group,while the levels of SIRT1/NF-κB in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining acupoint catgut embedding therapy with Fangji Huangqi decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with simple obesity.SIRT1/NF-κB improves the inflammatory state of the body.
