OFDI、自主创新能力与高科技企业创新绩效

OFDI, Independent Innovation Capability and InnovationPerformance of High-tech Enterprises

本文从股权进入模式与OFDI程度双维视角出发刻画高科技企业决策图景,研究OFDI对创新绩效的影响,并探究自主创新能力的调节作用。结果表明:(1)无论OFDI规模深度或地域广度,独资对创新绩效的正向影响均超过合资;(2)自主创新能力在独资模式中对创新绩效尤其是颠覆式创新绩效发挥负向调节作用,且对地域广度的影响大于规模深度;(3)经区位异质性研究后发现,在独资模式中发达国家对创新绩效的正向影响更显著,而在合资模式中发展中国家对创新绩效的提升作用更理想;自主创新能力在独资模式中的负向调节作用与合资模式中的正向调节作用主要体现在发展中国家。

The paper depicts the decision-making landscape of high-tech enterprises from the perspective of dual dimen⁃sions of equity entry mode and OFDI degree,discusses the impact of OFDI on innovation performance,and explores the moderat⁃ing effect of independent innovation capability.The results indicate that:(1)regardless of the depth of OFDI scale or geographi⁃cal breadth,the positive impact of sole proprietorship on innovation performance exceeds that of joint ventures;(2)The indepen⁃dent innovation capability plays a negative regulatory role in innovation performance,especially disruptive innovation perfor⁃mance,in the sole proprietorship model,and its impact on regional breadth is greater than the depth of scale;(3)After discussing location heterogeneity,it is found that in the sole proprietorship model,developed countries have a more significant positive im⁃pact on innovation performance,while in the joint venture model,developing countries have a more ideal role in improving inno⁃vation performance;The negative regulatory effect of independent innovation capability in the sole proprietorship model and the positive regulatory effect in the joint venture model are mainly reflected in developing countries.
