摘要
汽车行李箱外板由于拉伸成形深度大,对模具状态、材料性能要求高,在生产调试过程中频发滑移线和开裂问题,造成高额的成本浪费,无法满足大批量生产。论述了行李箱外板滑移线和开裂的形成机理,针对现场调试总结出使用流入量成形裕度寻求滑移线和开裂的平衡区域,并提出控制方法,减少材料报废,满足自动化大批量生产要求。
Due to the large drawing depth and high requirements on the die state and material performance,the outer panel of the automobile trunk has the problems of sliding line and cracking during the production and commissioning,resulting in high cost waste and unable to meet the mass production.This paper discusses the formation mechanism of the slip line and cracking of the outer panel of the luggage compartment,summarizes the balance area of the slip line and cracking by using the inflow forming margin,and puts forward the control method to reduce the scrap of materials and meet the requirements of automatic mass production.
