摘要
介绍了一种气动切换侧冲孔结构在后轮罩内板修边冲孔侧冲孔模具上的应用,通过对后轮罩内板的冲压工艺以及模具结构分析,使用一种气动切换侧冲孔结构,在同一副模具上实现了有充电插座线束安装孔和无孔两种形式,讲解了该气动切换侧冲孔机构及其工作过程。该机构的实现大大降低了工装的开发成本,提升了零件的生产效率.
It mainly describes the application of a pneumatic switching side piercing structure on the piercing die on the trimming piercing side of the inner plate of the rear wheel cover.After the stamping process and die structure analysis of the inner plate of the rear wheel cover,a pneumatic switching side piercing structure is used to realize two forms of charging socket harness mounting hole and non-hole on the same set of die,and the pneumatic switching side piercing mechanism and its working principle are explained.The realization of this mechanism greatly reduces the development cost of tooling and improves the production efficiency of parts.
