摘要
三坐标测量可以实现对精密模具的高精度测量,在制造业领域中得到了广泛应用,三坐标测量夹具设计作为三坐标测量技术的一个重要研究方向得到了广泛的关注。从不同类型零件的夹具设计和基于快速便捷测量的夹具设计两个方面进行介绍,总结了三坐标测量技术在夹具设计的发展趋势。三坐标测量技术在复杂零件的夹具设计方面有巨大发展潜力,存在着较多困难与挑战,也会受到更多科研工作者的青睐。
Three coordinate measurement can realize the high precision measurement of precision die&mold and has been widely used in manufacturing industry.As an important research direction of CMM technology,the design of CMM fixture has been widely concerned.This paper introduces fixture design of different types of parts and fixture design based on quick and convenient measurement,and summarizes the development trend of CMM technology in fixture design.Three coordinate measurement technology has great development potential in fixture design of complex parts,there are many difficulties and challenges,and it will be favored by more researchers.
