A Brief Introduction to the Construction of Zhang-Jing-gao Yangtze River Bridge

摘要 张靖皋长江大桥南航道桥推荐采用梁跨布置2 300 m+717 m的双塔两跨悬索桥方案,创下六项“世界之最”。跨径突破以及桥区建设条件带来了诸多技术挑战,张靖皋长江大桥建立了顶层科技规划,以2 300 m级超大跨悬索桥建设所需设计、施工、运维技术为核心,根据设计、施工、运维的全寿命周期需求,推动新技术、新工艺、新设备、新材料创新,支撑张靖皋长江大桥建设。创造性地提出了超大跨度悬索桥主缆自平衡结构体系、超高钢箱—钢管约束混凝土组合索塔、超大规模双回字复合地下连续墙锚碇基础、超大型自行走装配式索鞍、智能感知可更换锚固体系、全桥一体化智能防腐体系、L型纵肋正交异性钢桥面板系统等创新设计。 The preferred solution of the South Channel Bridge of Zhang-Jing-gao Yangtze River Bridge(the Bridge)is a twin-tower and two-span suspension bridge with a span arrangement of 2300 m+717 m,which is featured with six“the highest in the world".In regard with the various technical challenges that brings from the breakthrough of span length and the physical background of the bridge area,a top-level scientific and technological master plan is prepared for the Bridge,which focuses on the design,construction,operation and maintenance technology required for the construction of the 2300 m superspan suspension bridge,and promotes the innovation of new technologies,new processes,new equipment,and new materials to support the construction of the Bridge according to the requirements of the whole life cycle of design,construction,operation and maintenance.Some innovative designs are creatively proposed such as the self-balanced system of the main cable of the suspension bridge,the super-high composite tower with steel box and concrete-filled steel tube,the super-scale double-loop composite diaphragm wall anchorage foundation,the super-scale self-propelled prefabricated cable saddle,the intelligent sensing replaceable anchorage system,the all-bridge integrated intelligent anti-corrosion system,and the L-shaped longitudinal rib orthotropic steel deck system etc.
