自平衡装配式主索鞍设计

摘要 张靖皋长江大桥南航道桥为主跨2 300 m的双塔双跨吊悬索桥,为适应建设条件特点,结合悬索桥索塔受力特点,创造性地提出了主缆缆力自平衡体系。自平衡装配式主索鞍是实现自平衡体系的关键构造,从张靖皋长江大桥自平衡装配式索鞍功能需求出发,综合考虑摩擦系数、结构受力、制作安装难度、施工过程需求、维护保养等问题,对自平衡装配式主索鞍的合理型式选择、结构设计、滚动副选材等问题进行阐述,为类似工程提供参考。 The South Channel Bridge of Zhang-Jing-gao Yangtze River Bridge is a double span suspension bridge with the main span of 2300 m.In order to adapt to the characteristics of construction conditions and combine with the stress characteristics of cable tower of suspension bridge,the selfbalancing system of main cable force is creatively proposed.The self-balancing assembled cable saddle is the key structure to realize self-balancing system.Based on the functional requirements of self-balancing assembled cable saddle of Zhang-Jing-gao Yangtze River Bridge,the friction coefficient,structural stress,manufacturing and installation difficulty,construction process requirements,maintenance and other issues are comprehensively considered,and the reasonable type selection,structural design,rolling pair material selection and other issues of the self-balanced assembled cable saddle are expounded,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
