新一代农村公路智慧管理养护体系构建

Research on Construction of Intelligent Management and Maintenance System for New Generation Rural Road

针对当前我国农村公路养护管理中的路域范围广、路面质量较低、检测路况复杂、养护资金不充裕等问题,基于路面性能快速化巡检装备和成套技术,提出了新一代农村公路智慧管理体系。其架构包括采集层、数据层、应用层和平台层,并明确了需要感知的数据、检测的内容、应用的范围、平台展示的功能。根据农村公路特点,总结了农村公路损坏的主要形式、成因和相应的应对策略,在技术、业务、管理和政策等方面辅助管养决策。最后,提出了采用“三步走”的发展建议,逐步提升农村公路管养的信息化、数字化和智慧化水平。

Aiming at the problems in the current rural road maintenance in China,such as wide covering areas of road,low road quality,complex inspection of road conditions,and insufficient maintenance funds,in this paper a rural road intelligent management system is proposed based on the complete set of technologies for rapid detection of road performance.Its architecture includes acquisition layer,data layer,application layer and platform layer to make clear the data to be sensed,the content to be detected,the scope of the application,and the functions displayed by the platform.According to the characteristics of rural roads,the main forms,causes and corresponding countermeasures of rural road damage are concluded so as to facilitate management decisions in terms of technology,business,management and policy.Finally,a"three-step"development proposal is put forward to gradually improve the level of informatization,digitization and intelligence of rural road management.
