摘要 随着石油化工领域的不断发展,迷宫压缩机的应用更加广泛,特别在节能减排项目上的应用,更提高了迷宫压缩机的使用率,市场的需求推动了迷宫压缩机国产化的进程,迷宫压缩机发展潜力是巨大的。主要介绍了4列迷宫压缩机曲轴箱的结构特点,阐述了迷宫压缩机的工作原理,通过有限单元法对曲轴箱进行数值分析计算,分析了其在极端况下的受力情况并进行强度校核,其计算方法和结果为其他系列迷宫压缩机的设计与开发提供理论依据。 With the development of petrochemical industry,the application of labyrinth compressors has become more widespread,especially in energy-saving and emission reduction projects,which has increased the utilization of labyrinth compressors.The market demand has driven the process of localization of labyrinth compressors,and the development potential is enormous.This paper mainly introduced the structural characteristics of the crankcase of the 4-column labyrinth compressor and specified its working principle.Numerical analysis and calculation of the crankcase were carried out using the finite element method,and its stress situation under extreme conditions was analyzed and strength verification was carried out.The calculation method and results provide a theoretical basis for the design and development of other series of labyrinth compressors.
