摘要
从天然气井口压缩机面临的问题入手,结合试验数据,分析了井口段塞流的特征;从对压缩机影响的角度,提出了段塞产出的3个阶段:生成期、排水期和释压期。依据不同阶段的影响及井口机发展现状,以低成本为立足点,针对井流物为气-液两相的工况,提出了改进的旁通排水方案;针对井流物为气-液-固三相的工况,提出了柔性串联缸方案。
Based on the problems faced by wellhead natural gas compressor and the experimental data,the characteristics of wellhead slug flow were analyzed.In the viewpoint of influence on wellhead compressor,three stages of slug production are named generation stage,drainage stage and pressure release stage.According to the influence of different stages and the developing status of wellhead compressor,with focus on low cost,the scheme of improved by-pass drainage was proposed for the working condition of the well fluid being gas-liquid two-phase,and the scheme of flexible series cylinder is proposed for the working condition of the well fluid being gas liquid solid three-phase flow.
