Study on the Path Choice of Legal Culture Construction

法治文化建设是我国法治建设的重要组成部分,是助力中国式现代化顺利实现的有力保障。为有效推进法治文化建设,首先从非正式行为规范角度来认识和把握法治文化的内涵和外延,认清法治精神文化、法治制度文化与法治器物文化的本末关系,遵循法治文化的形成和发展逻辑,将法治制度文化建设作为重心,辅以法治精神文化建设,在此基础上再适当推动法治器物文化建设。

The construction of rule of law culture is an important part of China s rule of law construction and a powerful guarantee to help the smooth realization of Chinese-style modernization.However,if the essential attribute of the culture of rule of law and the essential relationship between the culture of the spirit of rule of law,the culture of the system of rule of law and the culture of objects of rule of law can not be fully understood and accurately grasped.The construction of the culture of rule of law is easy to fall into the misunderstanding of emphasizing the construction of the culture of objects and neglecting the construction of the spirit and system of rule of law.In order to promote the construction of rule of law culture effectively,people should first understand and grasp the connotation and denotation of rule of law culture from the perspective of informal behavior norms,to understand the relationship between the spirit and culture of the rule of law and the culture of the rule of law system,and to follow the logic of the formation and development of the culture of the rule of law,and to regard the construction of the culture of the rule of law system as the focus,supplemented by the construction of rule of law spiritual culture.On the basis of this,the construction of rule of law material culture will be promoted appropriately.
