摘要
本文采用熔融纺丝法制备了聚对二氧环己酮(PPDO)缝线,采用GPC、SEM、DSC、XRD、声速测量仪、乌氏黏度计等手段,对比研究了所制备的缝线和强生PDSⅡ缝线的力学性能及体外降解性能。结果显示,降解前,自制缝线的分子量、取向度、特性黏度、断裂强力、断裂强度及弹性模量更高,但结晶度、分子量分布及断裂伸长率更低,其中弹性模量和断裂伸长率与强生PDSⅡ缝线存在极显著的差异。加速降解过程中,自制缝线及强生PDSⅡ缝线的表观形貌和质量损失率无明显变化,但自制缝线的强度及黏度损失更快。研究结果可为推进PPDO缝线的国产化提供参考。
In this paper,poly(p-dioxanone)(PPDO)sutures were prepared by melt spinning,and the mechanical properties and in vitro degradation properties were compared with Johnson&Johnson PDS II.sutures and studied by GPC,SEM,DSC,XRD,sound velocity measuring instrument and ubbelohde viscometer.The results showed that the molecular weight,orientation,intrinsic viscosity,fracture strength,breaking strength and elastic modulus of the self-made sutures before degradation were higher,but the crystallinity,molecular weight distribution and elongation at break were lower,and the elastic modulus and elongation at break were very significantly different from those of Johnson&Johnson PDSII sutures.During the accelerated degradation process,the apparent morphology and quality loss rate of self-made sutures and Johnson&Johnson PDSII sutures did not changed significantly,but the strength and viscosity loss rate of self-made sutures was faster.
