摘要
为研究基于明挖顺筑法的地铁车站主体结构施工情况,以黄河路站地铁车站为背景,结合施工的重难点,采用明挖顺筑法对车站主体进行施工分析,运用钻孔灌注桩构建稳固的支护结构,以满堂钢管支架的定型模板做支撑,严控开挖步序,依次构筑基底垫层、底板、柱、墙、梁、顶板等车站主体结构。同时做好监测,避免主体结构周边沉降及变形问题,保证施工过程中的稳定性。结果显示,工程采用明挖顺筑法进行施工,有效保证了地铁车站施工质量,如期完成工程任务,并取得理想的施工效果。
In order to study the construction situation of the metro station main structure based on cut-and-cover method,taking Huanghe Road metro station as the background,combined with the key and difficult points in construction,this paper adopts cut-and-cover construction method to analyze the construction of the main body of the station.The cast-in-place bored piles are used in the metro station construction to build a stable supporting structure,and the fixed formworks with full steel pipes are used as brackets.The main structure of the station,including the sub-base,footings,columns,walls,beams and roof slab,is constructed in a strictly controlled sequence of excavation steps.Meanwhile,good monitoring is done to avoid settlement and deformation problems around the main structure,thus ensuring stability during construction.The results show that the construction method of cut-and-cover can effectively ensure the construction quality of the subway station,complete the project on schedule,and achieve ideal construction results.
