摘要
直流稳定电源作为主要直流供电设备广泛应用于科研、生产、检测等领域。JJF 1597-2016《直流稳定电源校准规范》作为直流稳定电源的校准依据,规定了其全部13项计量特性。本文针对直流稳定电源的校准特点对其远程校准方法进行了研究,详细阐述了远程校准系统的总体设计、程控开关装置的设计、通讯装置的设计、远程校准模块的设计,实现对直流稳定电源的远程校准,解决了传统人工手动校准方法的弊端。
As a main DC power supply equipment,DC stabilized power supplies are widely used in scientific research,production,testing,and other fields.As the calibration basis for DC stabilized power supplies,JJF 1597-2016 Calibration Specification for DC Stabilized Power Supplies specifies all 13 metrological characteristics.The paper studies the remote calibration method of DC stabilized power supply based on its calibration characteristics,and describes in detail the overall design of the remote calibration system,the design of program controlled switching devices,the design of communication devices,and the design of remote calibration modules.It realizes the remote calibration of DC stabilized power supply,and solves the drawbacks of traditional manual calibration methods.
