双相情感障碍发病运气相合特征研究

A Study of the Characteristics of Circuit Qi Coincidence at the Onset of Bipolar Affective Disorder

【目的】研究双相情感障碍患者发病时的运气特征分布特点及差异。【方法】采用回顾性研究方法,以豫南精神卫生中心收治的3 871例双相情感障碍患者住院病案资料为研究对象,采用统计描述、Pearson卡方检验及二分类Logistic回归分析比较躁狂发作与抑郁发作患者发病时间的运气特征差异。【结果】根据Pearson卡方检验结果,躁狂发作与抑郁发作在六步气位与客气分布上无统计学差异。而根据二分类Logistic回归的结果,相较于抑郁发作,躁狂发作的比例在初之气与太阴湿土相合时段以及终之气与少阴君火相合时段升高,在四之气与太阴湿土相合时段降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】双相情感障碍的发病与运气相合特征变化存在一定关联性。该研究对指导双相情感障碍患者预防发病、及时进行具有针对性的治疗具有一定的意义。

Objective To study the characteristics and differences in the distribution of circuit qi at the onset of bipolar affective disorder(BAD).Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the medical records of 3871 patients with BAD treated in Yunan Mental Health Center.Statistical description,Pearson Chi-square test and binary logistic regression analysis were performed to compare the characteristics of circuit qi at the onset time between manic episode and depressive episode.Results The Pearson Chi-square test results showed that there was no statistical difference in the distribution of the six phases of circuit qi and keqi(alterable yearly circuit qi)between manic episodes and depressive episodes.In contrast,the results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that the incidence of BAD at manic episodes when the initial circuit qi being in conjunction with taiyin damp earth and the ultimate circuit qi being in conjunction with shaoyin monarch fire was higher than that at depressive episodes,and the incidence was lower when the fourth circuit qi being in conjunction with taiyin damp earth,the differences being all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between the onset of BAD and the characteristics of circuit qi coincidence.Therefore,the results will make some sense in preventing the onset of BAD and providing timely and targeted treatment.
