基于Pt1000的矿井制冷降温系统设计

摘要 深部矿井开采过程中热害频发,为了保障作业安全、改善作业环境和提高作业效率,提出了一种基于Pt1000的矿井制冷降温系统设计。实验结果表明,外界环境温度从20℃到60℃升温阶段中,系统节点在受控测试模式下执行局部制冷动作后极限低温可达-38℃,温控精度为±0.1℃,能对-2 500 m深度内的矿井高温数据进行包络,为极深矿井热害治理树立了新标杆。 Thermal damage occurs frequently in deep mine mining.In order to ensure operation safety,improve operation environment and improve operation efficiency,a mine refrigeration and cooling system design based on Pt1000 was proposed.The experimental results show that when the ambient temperature rises from 20℃to 60℃,the limit low temperature reaches-38℃and the temperature control accuracy is±0.1℃after local cooling action is performed at four nodes of the system in the controlled test mode.The system can envelope the high temperature data of deep well within-2500 meters depth and provide a reference basis for the thermal damage control of extremely deep mines.
