摘要
煤矿双桥四驱车辆在实际运行中出现传动效率低、油耗高的问题,没有充分发挥出大功率牵引系统的技术优势。通过分析现有双桥四驱车辆的轴间扭矩分配方法,针对煤矿井下运行的实际工况,研制一种智能电子式轴间扭矩分配控制系统,将驱动力合理地分配给前后轮,使矿用车辆的动力性得到有效提高。该系统具有动力性强、稳定性好、可靠性高等优点。应用结果表明,该系统应用在煤矿四驱车辆上可显著降低燃油消耗,改善动力性能,提高车辆的使用效率。
The problems of low transmission efficiency and high fuel consumption arise in the actual operation of coal mine double axle four-wheel drive vehicle,and have not give full play to the technical advantages of high-power traction system.By analyzing the existing inter axle torque distribution method of double axle four-wheel drive vehicle,an intelligent electronic inter axle torque distribution control system was developed according to the actual working conditions of coal mine underground operation.The driving force is reasonably distributed to the front and rear wheels to effectively improve the power of mining vehicle.The system has the advantages of strong power,good stability and high reliability.The application results show that it can significantly reduce the fuel consumption,improve the power performance and improve the service efficiency of vehicles when applied to four-wheel drive vehicle in coal mine.
