底链运输式充填刮板输送机的研制

Development of Bottom Chain Transport Type Filling Scraper Conveyor

针对目前的上链运输充填刮板输送机上链道磨损严重、中部槽寿命短、卸载区域较小等问题,研制一种底链运输式刮板输送机,简述了该机设计原理、主要技术参数、结构特点,为充填刮板输送机的开发设计提供了参考。

In view of the current problems such as serious wear of the up-chain path,short life of the middle groove and small unloading area of the up-chain transport filling scraper conveyor,a bottom chain transport scraper conveyor was developed,briefly described the design principle,main technical parameters and structural characteristics of the machine,and provides a reference for the development and design of the filling scraper conveyor.
