摘要
随着煤矿逐渐向深部开采,巷道顶底板冲击地压增大,随之而来的是硬岩巷道掘进危险性增高且掘进效率低,现有巷道变形加大、冒顶突出且修复困难,以上情况严重制约了煤矿安全高效生产。针对以上问题并结合目前机械化换人、自动化减人的技术导向,出现了多种机械化专用掘进及修复装备,这些装备在不同地区矿井进行了成功应用,根据应用情况总结出成套的机械化掘进及修复工艺,很大程度上解决了煤矿硬岩巷道掘进及变形巷道修复的难题,取得了显著的经济及社会效益。
With the coal mine gradually moving towards deep mining,the increase of rock burst on the roof and floor of the roadway is followed by the increase of tunneling risk and low tunneling efficiency of hard rock roadway,and the existing roadway deformation is increased,roof caving is prominent and it is difficult to repair,which seriously restricts the safe and efficient production of coal mine.In view of the above problems and combined with the current technical orientation of mechanized substitution and automatic reduction of personnel,a variety of mechanized special excavation and repair equipment have appeared,which have been successfully applied in mines in different regions.According to the application situation,a complete set of mechanized excavation and repair technology has been summarized,which has largely solved the problems of hard rock roadway excavation and deformation roadway repair in coal mine,and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
