大功率薄煤层采煤机行走机构失效分析与改进

摘要 简述了一种大功率薄煤层采煤机行走机构。行走机构是采煤机重要的工作部件。针对薄煤层采煤机行走机构使用时间短、可靠性差的问题,进行了影响因素分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。经过实践检验,改进后的行走机构无故障使用时间可从原来的平均30 d提高到至少150 d。行走机构使用寿命得到显著提升。 A kind of haulage mechanism of high power thin-seam shearer was briefly described.The haulage mechanism is an important working part of the shearer.In view of the problems of short service time and poor reliability of the haulage mechanism of the thin-seam shearer,the influencing factors were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were proposed.After practical tests,the trouble free service time of the improved haulage mechanism could be increased from the original average of 30 days to at least 150 days.The service life of the haulage mechanism had been significantly improved.
