提高煤矿综采成套设备开机率的研究与应用

摘要 为提高煤矿生产效率,不仅进行创新优化,还需提升成套设备开机率。少数煤矿采用生产班不停机、不拆带式输送机中间架的方法来增加综采设备运行使用时间,从而提升开机率,但存在一些弊端。为满足煤矿智能化发展需求,达到减人、省时和高效的目的,在自移机尾和中间架之间增加一种自移支撑装置,从而提高综采设备开机率。 In order to improve production efficiency of coal mine,not only innovation and optimization are carried out,but also the operating rate of complete equipment needs to be improved.The method of not stopping the machine and not removing the intermediate frame of the belt conveyor was used to increase the operating time of fully mechanized mining equipment.However,there are some drawbacks.In order to meet the development needs of coal mine intelligence,reduce personnel,save time and achieve high efficiency,the self-moving support device was added between the self-moving tail and the intermediate frame,so as to improve the operating rate of fully mechanized mining equipment.
