Due to the anatomical vulnerability of the peroneal nerve injury,nerve injury in this area has become a common clinical functional disease of the lower extremity.For the treatment of this disease,Professor LI Zi-Ping advocates“the treatment should focus on blood”;on the basis of nourishing blood and activating blood,we should balance the two treatment directions of supporting healthy qi and eliminating pathogens before and after the disease stage,and combining the factors of body constitutions and etiology and other factors,to make fine diagnosis,differentiation of individuals,to provide accurate individualized treatment for patients.As the inheritor of the School of Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Medicine Mutual Synergizing in Lingnan Area,Professor LI Zi-Ping always implements the concept of mutual promotion of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese medicine,which are complementary to each other;and he combines with acupoint injection and pricking blood therapy to invigorate the blood and unblock collaterals,moisten the meridians and tendons,to eventually achieve a comprehensive effect.
