基于CiteSpace的护士主导数字健康干预研究可视化分析

Visualization analysis of nurse⁃led digital health interventions based on CiteSpace

目的:基于CiteSpace对2012—2021年国内外护士主导的数字健康干预相关研究现状、热点和趋势进行可视化分析。方法:计算机检索2012年1月1日—2021年12月31日万方数据平台、中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库收录的护士主导的数字健康干预相关文献。通过CiteSpace 6.1.R2对文献发表时间、国家分布、机构分布、作者分布、关键词进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入中文文献490篇、英文文献1718篇,2012—2021年护士主导的数字健康干预相关中英文文献发文量持续增长,英文文献以美国产出为主,国家间合作较少,机构间合作较多;中文文献机构间合作较少,未形成有规模的研究团体。国内外护士主导的数字健康干预共同的研究热点为远程医疗、老年人、慢性病、母婴健康、心理精神健康、生活质量、健康教育、使用意愿/依从性。结论:当前护士主导的数字健康干预相关研究处于快速发展阶段,未来研究应注重作者、机构、学科间合作,扩大干预人群,从生理、心理、社会层面指导干预的实施,推动我国远程护理事业的发展。

Objective:To analyze the status,research hotspots and development trend of the nurse⁃led digital health interventions from 2012 to 2021 by visualization analysis based on CiteSpace.Methods:Literature regarding nurse⁃led digital health interventions was retrieved from WanFang,CNKI and Web of Science(WOS)Core Collection database,which was published from January 1,2012 to December 31,2021.And visualization analysis was taken by CiteSpace 6.1.R2 with publication time,country distribution,institutional distribution,author distribution,keywords.Results:A total of 490 Chinese articles and 1718 English articles were obtained.The number of annual publications with Chinese and English on nurse⁃led digital health interventions from 2012 to 2021 had continued to grow.The English literature was mainly produced from United States,with less cooperation between countries and more cooperation between institutions.There was limited cooperation among Chinese literature institutions and no large⁃scale research group had been formed.The common research hotspots of nurse⁃led digital health interventions both foreign and Chinese included telemedicine,elder adult,chronic diseases,maternal and child health,mental health,quality of life,health education and willingness/compliance.Conclusions:The research on nurse⁃led digital health interventions is now at rapid development stage.Future researches should focus on cooperation among authors,institutions and disciplines.They should expand intervention population,guide the implementation of intervention from physiological,psychological,and social perspective,and promote the development of telenursing in China.
