住院老年尿失禁病人护理需求量表的构建

Construction of nursing needs scale for hospitalized elderly patients with urinary incontinence

目的:构建住院老年尿失禁病人护理需求量表。方法:基于Zuluaga-Raysmith(Z-R)模型,通过文献回顾、课题小组头脑风暴法初步拟定住院老年尿失禁病人护理需求评估指标,经德尔菲专家咨询法,最终构建住院老年尿失禁病人护理需求量表。结果:2轮专家咨询问卷回收率分别为92.31%和100.00%,专家意见提出率分别为45.83%和22.73%,专家权威系数分别为0.832和0.850。第2轮专家咨询住院老年尿失禁病人护理需求评估指标各维度变异系数为0.069~0.166,各条目变异系数为0.021~0.199;维度肯德尔协调系数为0.359(P<0.001),条目肯德尔协调系数为0.522(P<0.001)。最终形成包括5个维度(日常生活照料需求、医疗护理需求、健康教育需求、心理慰藉需求、社会参与需求)、36个条目的住院老年尿失禁病人护理需求量表。结论:住院老年尿失禁病人护理需求量表具有良好的科学性和可靠性,可为评估住院老年尿失禁病人的护理需求提供参考。

Objective:To construct nursing needs scale for hospitalized elderly patients with urinary incontinence.Methods:Nursing needs indicators for hospitalized elderly patients with urinary incontinence was preliminarily formulated by literature review and brainstorming by the research group based on Zuluaga-Raysmith(Z⁃R)model.Nursing needs scale for hospitalized elderly patients with urinary incontinence was finally constructed by Delphi expert consultation method.Results:The recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 92.31%and 100.00%,respectively.The expert opinion submission rates were 45.83%and 22.73%,respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.832 and 0.850,respectively.The coefficient of variation for each dimension of nursing needs scale for hospitalized elderly patients with urinary incontinence were from 0.069 to 0.166.The coefficient of variation for each item of nursing needs scale for hospitalized elderly patients with urinary incontinence were from 0.021 to 0.199.The Kendall's W at dimension level was 0.359(P<0.001),and the Kendall's W at item level was 0.522(P<0.001).The final nursing needs scale for hospitalized elderly patients with urinary incontinence included 5 dimensions(daily care needs,medical care needs,health education needs,psychological comfort needs,and social participation needs)and 36 items.Conclusions:Nursing needs scale for hospitalized elderly patients with urinary incontinence has good scientificity and reliability.It can provide reference for evaluating the nursing needs of hospitalized elderly patients with urinary incontinence.
