粮食与饲料脱霉专利技术研究动向与政策支撑

Research Trend and Policy Support of Patent Technology on Mycotoxin Removal in Grain and Feed

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央把粮食安全作为治国理政的头等大事,因此,如何节粮减损、最大化地合理利用粮食资源成为食品与饲料领域是面临的关键问题。文章通过对“十五”至“十四五”期间各项粮食安全政策的梳理,确立了粮食脱霉是充分利用资源、实现节粮减损的重要方向,并通过对粮食与饲料脱霉专利技术的整体分析、关键技术手段分析、创新主体分析、专利价值及运营情况分析,探讨粮食与饲料脱霉技术与政策支撑之间的相互关系。

Food security has been taken as the top priority of the governance by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Thus,how to save grain and reduce losses,and how to maximize the rational use of grain resources have become a key issue in the field of food and feed.This study established that grain mycotoxin removal is an important aspect of making full use of resources and realizing grain saving and loss reduction,through sorting out various food security policies during the 10th Five-Year Plan Period to the 14th Five-Year Plan Period.Also,the relationship between mycotoxin removal technology and policy support on grain and feed was discussed through the analysis on patent technology of grain and feed mycotoxin removal,key technical means,innovation subjects,patent value and operation situation.
