摘要
国内某液化天然气(LNG)接收站海水泵振动故障极大影响现场工艺生产,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟、有限元分析和振动频谱分析,结合现场检查和测试,发现“卡门涡街”、电机与泵体共振为振动故障频繁发生的原因,并给出解决方案,为处理海水泵振动故障提供参考。
Vibration failure happened to sea water pump of a domestic liquefied natural gas(LNG)receiving terminal,which strongly influence the normal process operation.By computational fluid dynamics(CFD),finite element analysis,and vibration spectrum analysis,combined with on-site inspection and testing,it is found that"Carmen Vortex Street"and resonance between the motor and pump body are the reasons for frequently occurrence of vibration faults,and solutions are provided,which provide reference for dealing with vibration failures of sea water pumps.
