摘要
为提升船用设备国产化率、降低贸易依赖,从船用气调保鲜装置入手,给出国产化设计方案。通过形成进口元器件、软硬件、基础机电等关键材料清单,对标国内同类相关部件,结合技术设计输入,完成样机试制及试验检测,根据保鲜试验结果评价其应用效果。试验结果表明:该气调保鲜装置各项技术指标和工作任务能够满足舰船环境使用要求。该研究的完成促进了该型国产化替代产品的迭代上升,为船舶保鲜行业的生命力提供有力保障。
In order to improve the localization rate of marine equipment and reduce trade dependence,starting from the marine modified atmosphere preservation device,a localized design scheme is provided.By forming a list of key materials such as imported components,software and hardware,basic mechanical and electrical components,and benchmarking similar domestic components,combined with technical design input,the prototype trial production and testing are completed.The application effect is evaluated based on the preservation test results.The experimental results indicate that the various technical indicators and work tasks of the modified atmosphere preservation device can meet the requirements for ship environmental use.The completion of this study has promoted the iterative rise of domestically produced substitute products,providing strong guarantees for the vitality of the ship preservation industry.
